Give a warm welcome to Liv Arnold author of Law and Disorder. Pull up a chair, grab a drink of your choice from the cooler, a Chocolate Chip or Peanut Butter cookie from the plate, and let’s find out a little about Law and Disorder. Why did you choose the cover concept you did? I didn’t want the typical romance cover with lovers in a passionate embrace or shirtless men. I wanted something cute and fun. Plus I love dogs. So many people have commented on the little dog. How long have you been writing? I used to write stories at school for fun, but I never thought anything would come of it. So, I did a degree that had nothing to do with writing and started a full-time job in the finance industry. My mum encouraged me to do a creative writing course at RMIT. It’s a short course that runs for 8-10 weeks for three hours a week after work. I loved every moment of the class and ended up doing three short courses. The teachers were so inspiring, and it was great to speak to likeminded people. I workshopped my stories in class and continued with them after the course finished. Okay, you’re casting the movie version of your novel – who would you choose for the main characters? We’re talking dream cast.
