How CHARM ME AGAIN began:
For several months a Scottish Highland Ghost has haunted Daylan, in his personal life, his professional life and at his forge. Yet, being a talented warlock, he is no closer to discovering what the ghost wants or why he chose Daylan. A trip to his estranged sister’s home in Colorado may have unforeseen consequences especially when family history leads him to a shocking discovery.
As his attraction blooms for Josie, a yoga instructor in his sister’s studio, he realizes there may be more to Josie than he can imagine. When an ancient rogue Fae Warrior set on revenge kidnaps her in an attempt to claim her as his own, a devastating curse comes to light.
Daylan’s world spirals out of control as he searches for Josie. Can he break the age old curse to save her and their future, or will she be lost to him forever?
A peek between the pages of CHARM ME AGAIN: The hook
Without warning, Shay and his Fae warriors materialized beside the group. An eyebrow raised, he nodded. “We’ll take it from here.”
“Not with Josie inside,” he protested.
A loud boom shook the ground and the side wall of the building collapsed. Purple smoke billowed up and Shay cursed. “Get him. Don’t let him get away.” The warriors rushed forward toward the building. A column of the purple haze rose upward and spread across the sky dimming to lilac. Shay and the warriors disappeared with the haze after one of their own.
Josie stumbled out coughing and choking. Daylan rushed to her side as she collapsed in his arms holding her hands out, palms up. The group formed a circle around them as he eased her to the ground.
Summer’s eyes widened as she pointed to the subtle orange glow rising from Josie’s palms. “I believe her latent magic must have saved her.”

My thoughts on Always, Almond Fudge:

This is a cute short feel good read I truly enjoyed! On a long car ride to their annual seaside vacation, a mother recounts the true story of a wonderful family tradition involving Almond Fudge Ice Cream and the summer of 1941 her three children (twins girls and older brother Sebastian).
In 1941, it was love at first sight for 17 year old Meredith, working at an ice cream shop and Anthony on his way to becoming a major league baseball player. Something present-day young Sebastian dreams about. The story sparks interest in Sebastian. When he reads the love letters between his grandparents his attitude is changed. What happens next I’ll not tell.
Nor will I reiterate the blurb here, you can read it for yourself.
What I will say is Always, Almond Fudge a sweet summer tale with characters that were heartwarming and Ice cream. Can’t go wrong with ice cream. Will the family tradition of Almond Fudge ice cream inspire a new generation? You’ll have to read Always, Almond Fudge, which I highly recommend to find out. LOL
Tell us a little about Always, Almond Fudge:
During the summer of 1941 in the shore town of Langford, Rhode Island, seventeen-year-old Meredith Franklin works as a server at Seymore’s Ice Cream Shoppe. When aspiring baseball player Anthony Fanelli strolls into the ice cream shop, his teasing banter leads to dreams of forever love.
Their whirlwind courtship comes to an abrupt halt on December 7, 1941, when America enters World War Two, forcing the couple to put their future on hold.
Decades later, a treasure trove of wartime letters details the romance of Merry and Anthony and the sacrifices of a generation.
A sneak peek between the pages of Always, Almond Fudge:
“I wish I could slow down time,” Anthony said.
“I wish I could speed it up,” Merry responded.
“I guess I agree,” he said on a chuckle. “If we lived in the future we would be married at least. Instead…” he rested his forehead against hers.
Merry grabbed his hand. Before he knew it they were in Seymore’s. And it didn’t matter that it was so cold they could see their breath outside, it didn’t matter that ice cream was the last thing they should be eating on Christmas Eve. Their gloved fingers were clumsy around the little wooden spoons but the almond fudge ice cream was as delicious as ever. Anthony had brought along a blanket which he wrapped around them. Lights twinkled all along Main Street and throughout town as far as the eye could see. Even the gazebo was strung with colorful gold and white lights.
Ice cream finished, they sat side by side, hands intertwined, eyes closed.
“Will you wait for me, Merry?”
“How can you ask such a thing, Anthony? Of course I will.” Tears, always at the ready these days, glistened on the tips of her eyelashes. “I will wait forever. I love you.”

A peek between the pages of CHARM ME AGAIN:
She padded over to the window and opened it a crack. The fresh air on her skin was cool. It relieved the smothering feeling that came over her the minute Daylan left the room. Taking a cleansing breath, she braced her hands against the window frame and took another deep calming breath.
Moonlight flooded inside with a light breeze. There it was again, that pull. Something was drawing her outside. Warning bells went off inside her head. Don’t do it. Don’t do it. Despite her fear, the desire to go outside was overwhelming.
The security alarm started counting down and she quickly closed the window. Shit. No way out. Unless…There is was again, she had to get outside.
The powerful urge had her pickup her backpack, slip out the window, skitter cross the roof to the corner of the building and shimmy down. It was like she had no control over her own movements. Her brain screamed for control—to no avail then she was sprinting to her vehicle in the parking lot. Carefully she opened the door, climbed in, started the engine and slowly pulled out of the parking lot onto the street and floored it.
Suddenly a cold clammy hand closed around her throat. Nails dug into her neck. “Take a right here. Pull into the driveway and stop. Don’t turn around.”
Finally, self-preservation took over. Releasing the steering wheel, she clawed at the hand closing off her oxygen, and opened her mouth to scream. Nothing came out. Then everything when black.
